- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful customer service. One example; We have several business accounts along with our personal account. We are getting charge a monthly paper statement fee for our business accounts until we sign up for electronic statements which is fine except you can't set up electronic statements without going to the bank. I tried doing this online and over the phone. I was told I have to go the branch to set this up. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the bank to get this done. Not convenient at all.
